ListingLint is a small independent project. There's no support desk and no ticket queue — just an inbox that a person reads. Email is the only channel, and every message gets there.

[email protected] — for bug reports, feedback, corrections to a guide, a rejection reason the checker misses, partnership or press questions, or anything else about the site.

What we can help with

• The checker gave a wrong or confusing result. Tell us the marketplace you picked, what the report said, and what you expected. If you know the image's dimensions and rough background value (the report shows both), include them.
• A guide is out of date or wrong. Marketplace rules change and we don't always catch it the day it happens. Point us at the page and, ideally, the official policy that now says something different — we'll fix it and update the "verified" date.
• A rejection reason we don't check for. If Amazon, eBay, or Etsy rejected a photo for something ListingLint didn't flag, that's the most useful email you can send. A plain description of the rejection message is enough.
• Press, licensing, or partnership. Same address; put a word in the subject line so it doesn't get filed behind bug reports.

Please don't send us your photos

We don't need them and we don't want them. ListingLint is built so images are processed only in your browser and never reach a server — emailing us a file would undo the one guarantee the tool makes. A sentence or two describing the problem is always enough. If you want to show a result, a screenshot of the report card (not the product photo) is fine.

Response time

Expect a reply within about three business days, sometimes sooner. If a week goes by with nothing, the message may have been caught by a spam filter on either end — resend it, or reword the subject line. Bug reports and rule corrections are triaged first because they improve the tool for everyone.

No account, nothing stored

There's no login to reset and no profile to delete, because the tool never creates one. If you email us, we keep that email thread to answer you and for our own records, and nothing else. See the privacy policy for the full picture, including how advertising cookies are handled.
